Support Coordination

Support Coordination can be included on any NDIS plan if you need assistance in researching and negotiating with providers.

Every path has its “puddles” and obstacles to overcome. We’re here to support you in understanding and coordinating your NDIS plan. Our role is to help you research the providers available to you and help you negotiate with those you engage. We can also ensure all your service providers are working together efficiently.

Support Coordination can also help you make sense of your plan and maximise the benefits of your funding. Support Coordination is available to any NDIS participant – aged 7 to 65.

We are an entirely independent service – we will ensure you have complete choice between available providers. We believe Support Coordination is a coaching role. We will provide you with the information to make informed decisions on how to use your NDIS funding. 

How can we assist you?

  • Develop individualised support plans.
  • Empower and educate you on the NDIS, your individualised plan and how you can optimise funding.
  • Find suitable services providers including: accommodation, employment services, education, therapy providers, recreational activities, respite services, groups.
  • Help ensure your services agreements are in place and funding is being used appropriately. 
  • Prepare you for your NDIS reviews.
