One on One hydrotherapy sessions overseen and run by our therapy team!

All of our Aquatic Programs offer personalised 30 minute sessions, based entirely upon your needs.

All of our sessions are held in heated pools, which promote muscle relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction and improved circulation. 

The special qualities of water, including buoyancy and decreased effects of gravity, combined with the expert skills and knowledge of our physios can is a unique way to achieve any NDIS goals you may have. 




All of our Hydrotherapy sessions are run 1:1 with a Physiotherapist, who will assist you to achieve specific goals!

Hydrotherapy is ideal for participants requiring complex rehabilitation, including those who have experience Stroke, Acquired Brain Injury, Amputees, and those living with Neuromuscular Conditions.

I Can Splash



I Can Splash sessions are run 1:1 with a Therapy Assistant, and are overseen by an Occupational Therapist.
This fun interactive program is more play based and targets:
  • Water Safety and familiarisation
  • Emotional regulation in the pool environment
  • Core Strength and building on low muscle tone
  • Motor Planning skills

I Can Splash is ideal for autistic participants or those with an intellectual disability requiring learning in a sensory friendly and safe environment to build on their skills in the water.

All Pools used are accessibility-friendly with accessible parking and changing/showering facilities. The pool also offers the use of a mobility lifter if required. 


Land based assessments must be completed by a physiotherapist prior to beginning either program.
