Our dieticians are able to assist NDIS partipants with a wide range of conditions, and are able to support them to achieve any goals they may have, from assistance managing health issues, to dietary intake plans.

What we do:

Our experienced dietitians can provide support to people to achieve their nutrition and dietary goals using a strength based, person-centered lens. All ICJP dietitians are members of the Dietitian Association making them eligible to provide NDIS services. We work with people and systems around the person to maximise opportunities and increase the likelihood of sustainable change in relation to a person’s nutritional need.

Our dietitians can assist in the areas of:

  • Diet and nutritional assessments
  • Food aversions
  • Health and wellbeing skill building
  • Meal preparation, shopping and pantry support
  • Navigating health and medical services and other community resources
  • Health education and decision making in regard to dietary planning

We work hard to match the right dietitian to your NDIS goals and needs and can provide flexible delivery options including:

  • Face to Face support in the best environment for you; or
  • Telehealth if deemed appropriate for service required
